A: We use only the highest quality materials to create our unique one-of-a-kind cherished memorabilia. We choose only the highest quality substrates to make sure your Picture Pocket custom made products will last for years to come.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
As of May 25th, 2023 the answer is, "Yes".

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all forms of payment including bu not limited to Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and all major Credit Cards.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Any product damaged in shipping will be remade and re-delivered to the customer at no additional charge.
Note: A photograph of the damaged product may be required for a return or exchange.
All custom-made products are non-refundable as they are uniquely made for the client.
Picture Pocket, at our sole discretion may make exceptions on an as-needed, per-situation basis.
