Picture Pocket Corporation was established over 40 years ago by a professional photographer. Marketing his pictures in over 10 different countries, he learned that he could sell more by presenting his transparencies in sleeves with a frosted back. This diffused the light source which otherwise might distract the viewing.

He also used a Black Mask or frame which improved upon the overall look of the images. Soon, other photographers noticed how well these sleeves worked and asked if he could make some for them as well.

He became so busy making sleeves for his fellow photographers that in 1965, he founded a company named Picture Pocket and later incorporated the business in 1967. The company has been expanding ever since.

The TransferIt Company began in 1994 as a special division of our parent company, Picture Pocket Corporation est.1965.
