Aerial Photo Markers Fine tipped permanent markers which can be used to mark prints and negatives, light tables, test prints etc. The ink is quick drying and permanent but easily removed with PEC-12. While there are many good marking pens available which are currently removed by PEC-12; these manufacturer's can alter the ink formula at will by making them water-based and truly "permanent". This has occurred more than once and resulted in many prints being ruined. The manufacturer guarantees PEC-PENs to always be removable with PEC-12 regardless of when they are purchased.
